ADMISSIONS TEST 2013
Requirements for Admission (Primary-Secundary)
Fisrt time students must take the admissions tests to measure general knowledge, primarily in the following areas:

   1.     Mathematics (Spanish)
   2.     Grammar, spelling, writting, and reading comprehension (Spanish)
   3.     Grammar (English)
   4.     Information Technology (TICS)
   5.     Apptitude evaluation

The results will be available the following week, and  will be analized with the school´s principal, who will
indicate the parents and potential students the stategies needed for the required leveling.

ADMISSION TEST DATES

First opportunity September 21 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Second opportunity September 28 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Third opportunity October 5 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Fourth opportunity October 12 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Fifth opportunity October 19

8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Sixth opportunity October 26 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Seventh opportunity November 2 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Eighth opportunity November 9 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Ninth opportunity November 16 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Tenth opportunity November 23 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.
Eleventh opportunity November 30 8:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs.  

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS
The enrollment procedure is exclusive for parents or legal guardians at the school´s office. To initiate the enrollment procedure the following registration requirements must be completed:

PRE-PRIMARY AND PRIMARY (Elementary):
 Attend, on the programmed schedule, the admissions test Parents or legal guardians must fill out the Registration form. The following must be presented:     

  •  Original birth certificate and 2 copies
  •  2 recent photographs (cédula or passport size)      
  •  Copy of transcripts from previous years
  •  Letter of recommendation from previous school (good behavior)
  •  Copy of parents or legal guardian cédula or passport.
  •  Medical certificate

SECUNDARY (Junior High and High School)
Attend, on the programmed schedule the admissions test Parents or legal guardians must fill out the Registration form. The following must be presented:

  • Original birth certificate and 2 copies   
  • Letter of recommendation from previous school (good behavior)
  • Copy of parents or legal guardian cédula or passport..
  • Elementary School transcripts (6th grade diploma)
  • Transcripts from previous years (Básicos)

 

Important: The enrollmente process will not be completed if any of the previous requirements is not met.
